I Certification Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202101032111 (1432411-X)) is a company registered in Malaysia that provides educational workshops, competitions, and publication services. Our website is located at icertification.com.my.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, or registering for any programme, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent), and that you accept and will comply with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access it.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Programme Registration & Fees

• Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment of any applicable fees.
• Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change fees at any time; changes apply to new registrations only.
• Free places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before an event may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
• If we cancel an event, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, certificates, and software — is the property of I Certification Sdn Bhd or its content suppliers and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Certificates

• Certificates are issued to participants who meet the attendance and/or performance criteria of each programme.
• Certificates remain the intellectual property of I Certification Sdn Bhd.
• Any fraudulent use or misrepresentation of certificates may result in legal action.

8. Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Post harmful, offensive, or spam content through any form on our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, I Certification Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
